What this covers

This policy covers the Verisa website, including its sample board, client view and reminder writer. Verisa has no accounts or paid service at the moment, so this website is all it covers.

The sample board

Changes you make on the sample board and client view are saved in your browser’s local storage on your device. They aren’t sent to Verisa, and we can’t see them. They don’t sync to your other devices, and nobody else can see them.

The reminder writer runs inside the page and keeps nothing once you leave it. The sample is for trying the idea, so please don’t enter real client information on the board.

Emails to us

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include. We use that to reply and to learn what bookkeepers need. Please don’t send client documents, bank details or passwords.

Hosting records

Like most websites, this one runs on a hosting service, which may keep routine technical records of requests, such as IP address, browser type, page requested and time. These are used to run and protect the service.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies and loads no third-party tracking scripts. Fonts and images are served from the site itself.

Your choices

You can clear the sample at any time with “Reset the sample”, or by clearing this site’s data in your browser. If you’ve emailed us and want to know what we hold, or want it deleted, email verisa848@gmail.com.

Changes and contact

If this policy changes, the date at the top will change with it. If Verisa later offers accounts or a paid service, we’ll update this policy before that happens. Questions go to verisa848@gmail.com.
