What these terms cover

These terms cover the public Verisa website and its sample board, client view and reminder writer. The website explains a product idea and lets you explore it with made-up data. It’s a demonstration, not a service agreement.

Using the sample

You may explore the sample, change checklists, draft reminders and download the outstanding list. No account or purchase is needed. Ashdown Books, its clients and their documents are fictional. Any resemblance to a real business is unintended.

Responsible use

Use the website lawfully. Don’t try to disrupt it, introduce malicious code or gain unauthorised access to any system. Use sample information on the board rather than real client details.

Storage and downloads

Sample changes are saved in your browser when local storage is available. They aren’t sent to Verisa or backed up, and they can be lost if browser data is cleared. Don’t rely on the sample as a record of real work.

Reminder wording

The reminder writer produces suggested wording. You’re responsible for checking anything you choose to send and for how you deal with your own clients. Nothing on this website is accounting, tax or legal advice.

Website content

The website’s text, branding and other assets may be protected by intellectual property rights. Using the sample doesn’t give you permission to republish Verisa’s branding. The fonts are used under their own open licences.

Payments

This website has no checkout, subscriptions or payment collection. Trying the sample doesn’t create a purchase. See the Return and Refund Policy.
